Gift certificates are a great way to surprise a friend or loved one and are delivered instantaneously to their email address. This is a great alternative if you need a gift immediately. You will be able to provide a message to go along with the gift during checkout. You can find the link here or on the top bar.
We are a small operation that works in cooperation with our artisans to provide a wide range of products. Most items ship from the same warehouse. Occasionally, some items will ship from the artist studio and storage facility. In the shopping cart, items that ship from the same origin are grouped together in the notes for each package. Enter the shipping city, state and zip code to see the shipping charge for each package.
All sales are final. If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. You must have the original invoice number, packing slip and any other paperwork shipped with your order to refer to. Chameleon Rose will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error with the same item if sufficient inventory is available, otherwise a refund for that item will be issued. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (US Postal Service) will be the responsibility of Chameleon Rose.

Occasionally our supplier fails to update us about discontinued items. In the event that an item is discontinued, you will be notified immediately and your money will be refunded promptly.
